Yespo System Update for August 2024

In this article, we’ve collected the most important updates for August: improvements to workflows, expanded Telegram features, and much more.

Workflows

Context parameter in timer

In addition to using the time from a contact’s additional field, the "Timer" block now allows you to use the time from a context parameter (event). This enables setting up reminders based on the time of the last event, such as the start of a lesson.

Using one event to launch multiple workflows 

Now, different workflows can be launched by a single event, simplifying complex campaigns by breaking them into separate sequences.

Telegram

Adding images

You can upload an image in JPEG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF format, up to 5 MB.

Using buttons

It is now possible to add up to six buttons in a single row to create calls to action, gather feedback, or capture reactions.

Clickable links in preview

When viewing a Telegram message in the general message list, you can now click to check the correctness of the link without opening the message.

Campaign revenue display

Similar to other channels, revenue display can also be enabled for Telegram campaigns.

Displaying bot name for contacts

The contact card now includes details about the Telegram bots the user is subscribed to.

API methods for managing messages

New API resources have been added to allow the following actions with Telegram messages:

Display of subscriber count

In the account settings, under the "My Bots" tab, you can view the number of subscribers for each bot to quickly assess the size of your Telegram audience.

Price Block

The option to display the old and new price in product cards not only side by side but also one below the other has been added.

Mobile Push

In the mobile notifications editor, it is now possible to upload GIF images for iOS devices; on Android devices, the GIF will be displayed as a static image.

Widgets

Filtering by status

For easier navigation and searching of widgets in the general list, a filter by status has been added.

Auto-adaptation of text and background color

The text color in created widgets now automatically adjusts to the background color in placeholders and input fields to maintain contrast.

Integration with the SMSBAT provider for sending SMS and Viber messages has been added.
