Price Block
In June, we told you about the new Products block in the email editor, which allows you to customize the display of product recommendations without coding. Now, we’ve add the Price block that complements it and helps you display new and old prices of recommendations in emails.
Workflows
We have implemented several workflow improvements to facilitate the work and save time.
- You can now switch to editing a message directly from the corresponding block’s setting in the workflow.
- We’ve moved optional fields (such as contact ID, JSON, Language, etc.) to the Advanced parameters tab. When creating a new block, the menu will stay collapsed by default. The fields that already contain information won’t be affected.
- In blocks with segment selection, you can create static and dynamic segments directly in the workflow. Consider that in cases of Add to segment and Remove from segment blocks you can create only static segments.
- There’s a new hotkey combination for selecting and copying blocks in the workflow editor: Ctrl/Command.
- The workflow naming, related to the segment, is now displayed in the list of segments (the Contacts ⭢ Segments section). You can view the workflow or switch to its editing by clicking on the name.
- In the event dependencies, you can see statuses of associated workflows.
Telegram
You can now filter contacts based on the presence of a particular bot tokens and the subscription date, which allows for better targeting in omnichannel campaigns.
Now, we display already sent Telegram messages in single reports. This helps to get a better idea of the effectiveness of trigger campaigns.
You can export activities of Telegram contacts to BigQuery and PostgreSQL, and use Webhooks to analyze data in external systems.

App Inbox now has a new Custom data parameter that allows you to add JSON data from web tracking, SDK, or API to message text. This helps enhance personalization in App Inbox campaigns.
Widgets
We’ve moved editing of text links to the side panel and added the possibility to remove underline from links.
Displaying Revenue
In the revenue reporting, we have two default statuses – INITIALIZED and DELIVERED – for the orders received from the mobile SDK. To exclude INITIALIZED statuse from the report, send your request to support@yespo.io.
