Yespo Update for June 2026

In June, we updated several key components of Yespo.

Contacts, products, events, and orders can now be linked to a specific market, country, or brand within a single account. This makes it possible to show up-to-date product prices and availability and segment audiences by market.

We also added new email editor features, simplified workflow editing, automated promo code application in Shopify, and improved analytics tools.

See Yespo updates for April–May 2026 in the previous digest; current SDK versions are available in the release notes.

Working With Multiple Markets

marketId is a market identifier that indicates which store, country, brand, or locale a contact, event, product data, or order belongs to. For example, the same product may have different prices and availability in Ukraine, Poland, and Romania. Yespo can now take these differences into account in recommendations, messages, and reports.

Market Feed

A new Product catalog section is available in the account settings, where you can upload market feeds.

A market feed is an additional feed for a specific market. It does not fully replace the main product feed but overrides individual product parameters, such as price or purchase availability. This allows the same product to have different conditions for different countries, brands, or locales, while Yespo uses the correct data in personalized messages and recommendations.

For details about the feed structure and field requirements, see the Market Feed guide.

Note

Product feed management has moved from Web tracking to Product catalog. The settings remain unchanged; only their location has changed.

Exporting marketId to BigQuery

The marketId field is exported to BigQuery together with contacts and orders. This means you can build separate BigQuery reports for each market without additional data processing.

Email Editor

Renaming an Email

You can now rename an email directly from the top panel of the new email editor without opening the message settings.

JSON Validation in Dynamic Content

A JSON validator is now available in the dynamic content settings and immediately highlights errors in the data structure.

Link to a Specific Language Version of an Email

You can now share a link to a specific language version of a multilingual email template in two ways:

This allows you to share links to different language versions of the email without leaving it.

Support Chat Directly in the Editor

Intercom chat is now built into the email editor. If you have a question while working on an email, you can contact support without leaving the editor or losing your work context.

Workflows

Deleting Contacts in a Workflow

A new task, Delete contact, is now available in the Task block. It is useful for automated database hygiene — for example, to delete contacts that have been inactive for a long time.

Inserting a Block Between Connected Nodes

To add a block to the middle of an existing workflow, simply drag it onto the connection line between two nodes. The editor automatically breaks the existing connection and reconnects the nodes in the correct sequence. Previously, this required four manual steps: deleting the connection, adding the block, and reconnecting the nodes twice.

Keyboard Navigation in Search Results

Dropdown lists in the workflow editor now support simplified keyboard navigation: the up and down arrow keys move focus between search results, Enter selects the highlighted item, and the currently focused item is visibly highlighted.

Analytics

Managing Metrics on the Home Page

A new Display filter on the Home Page lets you select which metrics appear in the following tables:

If you monitor only a few metrics every day, hide the ones you do not need, and the dashboard will show only the data you are interested in.

Omnichannel

Quick Number Selection for Test SMS and Viber Messages

The test sending window for SMS and Viber messages now stores up to five recently used phone numbers. Each number has a send button, so you can send a test message with one click without manually entering the number each time.

Does Not Equal Operator for In-App Messages

In-App messages are shown to users inside a mobile app. The not equals operator has been added to event-based triggering settings. For example, you can show a message to everyone whose subscription type does not equal premium.

The operator is supported in the Android SDK starting from version 2.9.6 and in the iOS SDK starting from version 2.7.2.

Widgets

Automatic Promo Code Application in Shopify

The Yespo integration with Shopify can now automatically apply a promo code received through a widget on the checkout page.

Customers no longer need to manually copy the code, and reducing unnecessary steps helps reduce checkout abandonment.

New Wheel of Fortune Skin

The Wheel of Fortune is a gamified widget where visitors spin a wheel to win a discount or gift. A new skin is now available with more detailed visuals and improved spin animations.

You can select the new skin in the widget design settings. It is suitable for brands looking for a more dimensional and realistic appearance for the game mechanic.

API

Email Message Update Date

The Search for Email messages and Get Email message resources now return the updatedDate field—the date and time when the message was last updated, in the 2026-06-24T11:16:24.923Z format. This simplifies template synchronization with external systems. For example, you can export only messages updated within a specific period.
